Tagliatelle with Parma ham and arugula 20' 2



Ingredients:

  • 250g Tagliatelle Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 60g Parma ham
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 handfuls of arugula
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons Pomace olive oil Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 40g parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper

Method:

1. Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions.

2. Cut the onion into slices and chop the garlic. Fry in a hot pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the Parma ham (which has been cut into wide strips) and the cherry tomatoes. Stir and cook for a minute and then add the cooked pasta.

3. Remove from heat, add the arugula and mix again. Serve the pasta with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese on top.
