Method:
1. Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.
2. Finely chop the chilli. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, add the chopped chilli, add the pesto and leave for a moment. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly.
3. Remove pan from heat, add fresh arugula and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Mix again and serve.
4. Depending on the intensity of the flavour of the pesto, you may add salt and pepper and drizzle the dish with additional olive oil.
