Linguine with spicy chilli 15' 2



Ingredients:

  • 250 g Linguine pasta Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 60 ml Pomace olive oil Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 40 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt, pepper

Method:

1. Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.

2. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, add the finely chopped chilli and season with salt and pepper. Add to the pasta and parsley. Sprinkle with coarsely grated parmesan cheese. For extra flavour, add some lemon juice.
