Spaghetti with fried egg


  • 250g Spaghetti Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 130g Italian sausages
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100g zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 1 egg
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Pomace olive oil Melissa Primo Gusto
  • Salt, pepper, oregano


1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

2. Fry the sausage in olive oil with chopped onion, zucchini and garlic. Shortly after, add the pasta and cherry tomatoes.

3. Cut a 1cm thick ring from the pepper and fry in a separate pan, on each side. Carefully crack the egg into the pepper ring and fry until the egg is done.

4. Serve the spaghetti with the other ingredients on a plate, carefully placing the fried egg in the pepper ring on top.
