Pasta casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Melissa Primo Gusto Conchigliette pasta (small shells)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 15 dkg yellow cheese
  • 2 small eggs Approx.
  • 5 tablespoons of 18% cream
  • Salt, pepper
  • Chives.

Preparation:

I cook the pasta al dente with a teaspoon of salt. I cut the tomato and zucchini into slices and the onion into rings. In a bowl, I mix the eggs, cream and spices. I add the yellow cheese grated on a grater with large holes. If the mixture is too thick, you can add milk. I preheat the oven to 220 degrees. On the bottom of the baking dish, I put half of the pasta, half of the tomatoes, zucchini and onion. I pour half of the sauce over everything. I spread a second layer of all the ingredients. I bake the casserole for about 25 minutes. Finally, I sprinkle with chives.
