Pappardelle

Papardelle come from the vineyard region, the enchanting Tuscany, and their shape resembles a ribbon that wraps flavors and aromas. Flat pasta is especially popular in Italy in winter because of the recipes that go with it. They go perfectly with traditional Italian ragout, a rich red meat-based sauce that simmers for hours, to be blended at the end with Papardelle and create a unique and delicious recipe.
