Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bottle of Melissa Primo Gusto Passata Rustica tomato passata 350 g
- 100 ml. 30% cream
- salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika, sugar
- about 100-150 g feta or salad cheese
- 200 g pasta.



Preparation:
Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and, towards the end of frying, the garlic. Fry over medium heat until the onion is translucent and the garlic releases its aroma. After adding the garlic, fry for about 1 minute. Then pour in the Passata Rustica and cream. Season everything with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika (to taste) and sugar (1 flat teaspoon of sugar – adding sugar will enhance the taste of the sauce). Stew everything for about 10 – 15 minutes, uncovered, over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Optionally, you can add fresh basil. Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Mix everything until combined. Finally, dice the feta or salad cheese and sprinkle the finished dish. Decorate with parsley, fresh basil or dried chili flakes.
