Ingredients:
- 500 g turkey mince,
- 1 egg,
- half a bread roll soaked in milk,
- pepper and salt to taste,
- a handful of chopped fresh parsley
- Melissa Pasta Kids Minionki pasta
- 500 ml tomato puree or about a kilogram of fresh tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- a teaspoon of sweet paprika,
- half a teaspoon of hot paprika,
- a pinch of salt and pepper,
- a teaspoon of oregano,
- optional: half a teaspoon of saffron threads.



Preparation:
Knead all the ingredients for the meatballs for a few minutes to combine thoroughly. Form balls, throw them into a pan with heated olive oil and fry on each side. Remove the meatballs, then add chopped vegetables to the pan, fry for a few minutes, add tomatoes and spices. Put the meatballs in the pan and cook everything together for about 15 minutes.
