MELISSA KIKIZAS was founded in 1947 by Alexandros Kikizas. His vision was to use the highest quality raw materials and transform them into the best products. He believed in constantly striving for improvement and considered product quality as the most important factor in product success.

We always want to choose the best, because we know that this is the basis for the high quality and taste that we want to offer you. That’s why we created the WHEAT ACADEMY so that our long-term partners, local producers, constantly take care of the land using the most modern agricultural practices. During the harvest, which takes place every year in June, the care started in the field is continued with each grain until the best semolina is obtained.
