Ingredients:
- Melissa Pasta Kids
- 60g grana padano cheese shavings
- 3 small peppers – I used yellow, red and orange
- half a bunch of parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 100ml olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.



Preparation:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Dice the peppers and chop the parsley. Pour olive oil into a pan. Add the garlic and heat slowly. After a while, add the chopped peppers. Fry everything gently, being careful not to burn the garlic. Add the cooked pasta and chopped parsley. Season to taste. Mix everything. After a while, add the cheese and mix again. Serve immediately.
