1. Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions.
2. Cut the meat into pieces and the onion into slices. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the white wine and simmer until it partially evaporate. Then pour in the cream and add crumbled blue cheese. Simmer over low heat to melt the cheese. Add the nutmeg.
4. Mix the pasta thoroughly with the sauce, add the young spinach leaves and mix everything. Before serving, you may sprinkle the dish with grated parmesan cheese.
