Greek salad with Orzo pasta (in the form of rice) 20' 4


  • 150g Orzo medium pasta in the form of rice Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 long cucumber
  • ½ red onion
  • 5-6 Kalamata olives Melissa
  • Parsley
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 1/3 lemon (zest and juice)
  • Oregano, salt, pepper


Cook Orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and pour cold water on it to quickly cool it down.

Cut the tomato into thick cubes, put into a bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add to the tomato and mix. Set aside for approx. 10 minutes.

Add the pasta, quarter slices of cucumber, pitted and sliced olives, and chopped onions to the tomato. Mix and season with lemon juice and zest, oregano, salt and pepper. Just mix everything again and you’re ready to serve the salad!
