Penne with smoked salmon and cream 20' 2


  • 250g Penne Rigate pasta Melissa Primo Gusto 
  • 150g cooled smoked salmon
  • 200ml cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons Pomace olive oil Melissa Primo Gusto 
  • ½ bundle of basil
  • Salt, pepper


1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. 

2. Cut the onion into thin slices. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, add the onions simmer until golden. Pour in the cream, reduce the temperature of the stove and add the salmon. Heat everything over low heat for approx. 1 minute.

3. Mix the the pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add basil, mix everything and serve the dish. For extra flavour, you may also squeeze some lemon on top.
