1. Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.
2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the finely chopped chilli, garlic and capers. You can also fry a chicken breast using the combination of these spices.
3. Once the garlic releases its flavour, pour in the tomato puree with chilli. Simmer until the liquid partially evaporates and the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix the pasta with the sauce and add some chopped basil leaves. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, add a touch of basil pesto and serve.
