Linguine with a parsley cream sauce 15' 2



Ingredients:

  • 250 g Linguine pasta Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 150ml cream (18%)
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Salt, pepper

Method:

1. Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.

2. In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the cream and mix everything thoroughly. Heat the sauce until it reduces a little and its consistency becomes slightly silky. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and add the pasta. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Remove from heat and add the fresh, finely chopped parsley. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
