Farfalle with pesto and salmon 20' 4


  • 400g Farfalle pasta Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 200g smoked aalmon
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 50g almond flakes
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 125 ml Extra Virgin olive oil Melissa Primo Gusto
  • Salt


1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, wash and dry the basil. Then, in a blender, mix the basil with the almonds, garlic, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Blend until a smooth consistency of pesto is achieved.

3. Drain the pasta and stir in the pesto and strips of salmon. Serve when cooled – the perfect summer or winter dish.
