Bucatini with olives and herbs 15' 2


  • 250g Bucatini pasta Melissa Primo Gusto
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 50g black olives Melissa
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ chilli pepper
  • ½ bunch of fresh basil
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • Pomace olive oil Melissa Primo Gusto
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


1. Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.

2. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss in sliced onion, capers, olives and finely chopped chilli. Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.

3. Add garlic and chopped herbs. Fry for another 3 minutes.

4. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the dish.
